USAV-NTR Registration:
The USAV-North Texas Region (NTR) uses the USA Volleyball Webpoint Registration System. If you plan to mail in a check to the office, you will need to allow two weeks for your application and check to be processed by NTR.
All players must do the following before showing up at any tryouts:
1. Complete the on-line registration process. Remember your Login and Password as you will have to log in again after tryouts and select your club.

2. Pay your Registration Fee to the North Texas Region. You may pay on-line with a credit card ONLY at the time you are registering. After that you will have to mail your payment to the North Texas Region Office. *Do this as soon as possible so the region has time to process*

3. Receive an e-mail from the region stating you are registered and your payment has been received.
Print and bring a copy of this e-mail (or your new membership card) to tryouts
List of Items to Bring to Tryouts
1. The e-mail from NTR that was received by successfully completing the steps outlined above and verifying that they received your payment (or your new membership card).
2. 2012 Medical Release Form (Click Here to download). No need to be notarized. We will notarize this for you at no cost.
3. Tryout Fee - $50.
If you do not have a MySAM Account, you may fill out this MySAM Form and take it with you to tryouts (Click Here to download) - check made out to PSA, or cash. You will not need to pre-Register for the Tryout on MySAM, just make sure that you have a MySAM account.
4. FYI - We will also have a Player Info Form that will need to be completed at the actual tryout. This form is in duplicate, so it will not be available on-line.
