USAV-NTR Registration:
The USAV-North Texas Region (NTR) is using the Webpoint Registration System again this year. If you plan to mail in a check, you will need to allow enough time for your application and check to be processed by NTR. Essentially, the player is going to register directly through NTR rather than through the respective Clubs as has been done in years past.
All players must do the following before showing up at any tryouts:
1. Complete the on-line registration process. Remember your Login and Password as you will have to log in again after tryouts and select your club.

2. Pay your Registration Fee to the North Texas Region. You may pay on-line with a credit card ONLY at the time you are registering. After that you will have to mail your payment to the North Texas Region Office. *Do this as soon as possible so the region has time to process*

3. Receive an e-mail from the region stating you are registered and your payment has been received.
Print and bring a copy of this e-mail (or your new membership card) to tryouts
List of Items to Bring to Tryouts
1. The e-mail from NTR that was received by successfully completing the steps outlined above and verifying that they received your payment (or your new membership card).
2. 2010 Medical Release Form (Click Here to download). No need to be notarized. We will notarize this for you at no cost.
3. Dallas Force Release Waiver and Limitation of Liability (Click Here to Download). This form is different than the waiver required for clinics.
4. Tryout Fee - $60 - check made out to Dallas Force, or cash
