FORCE Recognizes Players and Coaches |
We would like to recognize a few players from each team. Most of these players were selected by their teammates and some were selected by their coaches. FORCE Leadership Award is an award for a team member who demonstrated leadership on her team this season. She may be a vocal leaders or possibly a quiet leader who leads by example. Recipients of this award are: Most Improved Player is just that -- the player who improved the most during the course of the season. This improvement is most assuredly due to her commitment to hard work and desire to improve and to compete at a higher level. Recipients of this award are: Most Valuable Player is the player whose presence makes her team a better team. She is a player who the team would miss greatly if she were not playing. Recipients of this award are: We also would like to recognize a few of our coaches for an excellent job of coaching their teams this season. Generally this accomplishment was seen by their team's improvement and mastery of skill over the course of the season. We think highly of all our coaches and know that they all work hard, but simply wanted a few of them to know especially that their hard work and commitment to their players did not go unnoticed.
2010-2011 Recipients of the Coach of the Year Award were: Erin Carlisle (14 National), Dan Turner (13 American) and Aimee Dewitte (12 Select). Christine Gregory (12 National) is recognized as Assistant Coach of the Year. |
